House is an end unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses and has a heavy duty fire door connecting it by the dining area to the next unit, so that it is possible to rent the two houses together. Both units are owned by the same owner!

In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, corn-hole, ladder-ball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes.
