"We couldn't have been happier with Crescent Cove #11.
5 Stars: "The villa is spacious and in good shape, with plenty of beach toys available for fun.
This may be one of the best beach locations in all of Palmas del Mar. The beach had more seaweed than we would have liked, but that's just the breaks with currents, winds and season that is out of anyone's control.
Palmas del Mar is massive. Rent a golf cart and have a great time exploring all over. One of the neatest things is the Pterocarpus Forest. It is free and just a few minutes away by golf cart. It is a fresh water forest that has vegetation that looks like it's out of the Jurassic era. We went at night one time and turned off our lights. You'll feel like you're a million miles away from anywhere.
Nancy, the local person that looks after the property was very helpful. She answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She even met us at the local Beach Club and signed us in as guests of hers so that we could use the Club on a Sunday when the place is restricted to only full-time members.
The fruit basket that was awaiting us when we arrived was a nice touch as well.
If your are interested in visiting Puerto Rico, there may not be a better rental on the island for the money."

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.
The location was excellent, the pictures posted do not give this place justice. You are overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, people!!! You can wake up and walk on the beach in 5 minutes!!! These aren't fake photos!!! Its the real deal!! The ocean was perfect, no ankle numbing temps like we're used to at the Jersey shore. The temps were hot but the constant ocean breeze kept things cool during the day and night.
Lots of places to shop outside Palmas - we went to the local Walmart and stocked up on food. Plenty of places to eat in the resort as well. Took a day and went thru Old San Juan and loved every minute of it. Wait til you see the Fort - you'll see views you've never seen before.
The only drawback? You won't wanna leave. I wish we could've stayed another week - we were there for about 5 days and that wasn't long enough. Definitely will put this on our list for a winter trip.
Thanks to Lisa and Lance for giving us pointers on where to go and what to see. Rent this place, you will LOVE it!!!"

"We had a wonderful time in Crescent Cove. Just steps away from the beach and a wonderful pool. One of the few parts of Palmas del Mar that is actually on the beach. Great to have coffee and afternoon drinks on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. Nice restaurants on site. Condo had everything we needed, including boogie board for the girls and beach towels. Ocean views from the master bedroom and family room are terrific. Hope to return."

5 stars: "We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Cove. The views from the living room balcony and rooftop balconies are fabulous. Sitting in the evening looking at the stars and listening to the waves with family over a glass of wine is such a great luxury. The unit is really well appointed and the little extras are so appreciated. When you arrive there is laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, beach towels, shampoo, cream rinse, and shower gel (and nice quality!). All of these plus the boogie boards (waves were perfect!), bikes and snorkeling equipment. The concierge (Nancy) goes out of her way to help meet all of your needs - so helpful! Thanks Lisa, Lance and Nancy for your help and we hope we can come back and visit in the future!"

5 Stars: "We arrived to a house completely ready for guests and a fruit basket awaiting us. The location of the house is fantastic; close to both pool and beach. After a quick trip for groceries, we were all set. The ocean breeze was great and we kept the windows and doors open during the day while we were there. We only had to turn on the air conditioning at night. There were no mosquitos to worry about. The house itself had everything we needed and the beach "toys" were an added bonus. We walked on the beach each day and went down to the sheltered part of the beach for snorkeling and swimming. Nancy was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this house!"
