We rented the Waterfall Chalet cabin for my best friend’s bachelor party in April. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need. The house had more than enough room for 12 people and had excellent entertaining capabilities. We went to Skirmish Paintball, thankfully booked by the owners on our behalf, and had a blast. The basement of the cabin is a great addition to the weekend as well. We were able to enjoy ourselves in the evenings by playing poker, pool, etc.
We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend to celebrate the occasion. I highly recommend staying here for any kind of party! 4/11 - 4/13/25

Had an amazing weekend at the Fat Rabbit cabin in the Poconos for a bachelor party! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—from a big living area to hang out, to a fire pit and a hot tub that were perfect for late nights. The setting was peaceful and private, but still close enough to stores and activities. Great all around—definitely recommend for groups looking for a fun getaway. 4/4 – 4/6/25

We hosted a bachelor party of 30 people here and we had an amazing time! Lance & Lisa were amazing hosts and responded super quick to our questions and helped plan out a weekend that we won't forget. As you know, hosting 30 people and making sure everyone is having fun is no easy feat, and the cabin that we stayed in allowed for everyone to enjoy with the different amenities / spaces. The space was the perfect amount, not feeling too cramped or too spacious, and it allowed us to spend quality time together. I highly recommend renting one of Lance & Lisa's cabins, they are amazing hosts and the cabins were so much fun! 3/28 – 3/30/25

Had a 5 STAR trip at Poconos Log Cabin Rentals. Lance and Lisa were extremely helpful from the beginning with booking as well as helping with itinerary. They made it their mission to make sure our party was above and beyond. Truly a white glove service. The location was gorgeous, and their cabin was beautifully furnished. The pictures don't do justice until you step foot on the property. We did a delicious pig roast that they recommended from a local vendor and the food came on time and ready to eat! We also rented a sauna and cold plunge which was delivered to the cabin. It was a perfect addition to a much-needed reset weekend. There was plenty to do, pool table and hot tub at the cabin, local bars, casino, hiking etc. We arrived just as spring started to rear its head and the forest brought a sense of nostalgia and excitement to our stay. I would highly recommend Lance and Lisa's cabin to anyone who wants a weekend getaway. 3/21 – 3/23/25

A few weeks back, a group of twenty of us rented Valhalla for a bachelor party weekend. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay, the location, the owners, and everything about our stay. From the comfortable beds to the spacious kitchen to the two bars and entertaining areas, Valhalla left nothing to be desired. I'd highly recommend this home for your next gathering. 3/13 - 3/16/25

Fat Rabbit was the perfect rental! We recently hosted a bachelor party here, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was spacious, clean, comfy, and the perfect spot to escape the cold (we booked during winter 🥶).
We enjoyed all their amenities like the hot tub, pool table, and fire pit for evening gatherings. Our group decided to stay at the cabin the whole weekend but there are a ton of close by attractions if your group prefers. Breweries, paintball, golf, skiing, etc.
The best part about the experience was that Lance and Lisa were just a text away. We had an ice storm during our trip and they immediately sent a truck with salt to take care of the driveway. They made the whole process stress free and simple.
PS - we made some hats to go along with the trip if anyone wants to recreate.

Valhalla was the way to go! Great experience, great house! We had a Bachelor party for 18 guys. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained on premises. I recently stayed a the Waterfall Chalet for my bachelor party, it was a fantastic weekend with the guys! We actually spent a majority our our time at the cabin either at the fire or in basement playing cards and pool which was great. We also played paintball at Skirmish Paintball, this was a great experience for all of us as we have never played before and loved it. All and all our time at the Waterfall Chalet was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. 10/4 – 10/7/24

It was a great weekend celebrating 2 guys from the friend group who are getting married this fall. Waterfall Chalet was an awesome spot to host a bachelor party. Perfect blend of wilderness but the bars and town are a 5 minute drive down the street. The waterfall all lit up at night and the huge deck offers tons of chill spots at night if you decide to stay in. We did a group paintball trip to Skirmish that was such a great time ! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone ! Myself will be coming back! 9/12 – 9/15/24

Lance and Lisa were amazing hosts for us at the River Lodge. The cabin was perfect for our bachelor party with a fire pit, hot tub, and a bar in the basement. We could even hear the river from the back deck! The best part was how secluded we were from everything, so we never had to worry about neighbors. We also took full advantage of many of the activities that Lance and Lisa offered. They got us discounts on pretty much everything: we played Jack Frost National (the course was in really great shape), played paintball at the Skirmish Paintball Fields (some of the guys were a little nervous at first, but it turned out to be the highlight of the trip!), and we rented the sauna and cold plunge - highly recommend, we were able to use this morning, afternoon, and night; and the owner Liam was great for showing how to use everything. For food, we ordered a pig and did the fajitas catering meal. They delivered everything in trays ready to eat which was so great so no one had to cook. Finally, the Holy Ghost Distillery sent a bartender over to make drinks and tell us about their liquor. All the guys loved trying the drinks and the bartender was great. Its a great bonus to keep the extra bottles. Overall, the weekend was absolutely incredible and we would do it over again in a second. Highly recommend using the Poconos Log Cabin Rentals for your rental and working with Lance and Lisa. 8/1 – 8/4/24

This cabin in the Poconos was straight fire! The place was massive and decked out with everything we needed—perfect for a crew looking to kick back and party. The views were sick, and the vibe was just right. Lisa and Lance, the hosts, were absolute legends. We had a hiccup with our white water rafting plans, and they actually got us half our money back. Can’t beat that kind of hospitality. If you’re looking to chill or throw down in the Poconos, definitely hit up this spot. You won’t regret it! 7/25 – 7/28/24

We had a group of 16 for a bachelor party and the property was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time between the kitchen, living room and covered balcony in the back. It was great hearing the river in the background, we even went whitewater rafting which was almost close enough to walk to so super convenient location. Our weekend was great! We rented the River Lodge to celebrate a bachelor party and the place was perfect for the group. We had a Quesadilla and Fajita Grill catered to us upon arrival, followed by a bourbon and cigar presentation.
The next morning we had a Bloody Mary and Mimosa breakfast catered to us with a custom omelette bar... which was great because we didn't have to lift a finger. The Caterers did everything.
That evening, we had a local Distillery come to the cabin and we had a private bartender for a little over 2 hours before we went out to the Casino and Club. The group and I were extremely happy with the cabin and the catering services we had. I would most definitely recommend renting one of the cabins, we are already looking into our next trip. 5/16 – 5/19/24

The cabin was spectacular. We hosted a bachelor party of 12 and had plenty of room for everyone. Lance and Lisa are absolutely great…they helped booked our golf for the long weekend and coordinated a great pig roast for us. Would highly recommend the Fat Rabbit cabin and booking with Lance and Lisa, they help with everything to make your trip super enjoyable!! Stayed at the River Lodge cabin for a guys weekend in the Poconos. My group has been making this yearly trip to the Poconos for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed at. The space is perfect for a large group and has plenty of bedrooms/beds and the first floor game room/bar was a big hit with the group. There are plenty of houses to rent in the Poconos but this is an actual log cabin with a real wood burning fireplace. The property is also a very private and did not require being harassed at a security checkpoint for access. I have rented other cabins from Lance & Lisa in the past and they are always very responsive. 3/3 - 3/5/23

What a fantastic house for a special occasion, my son's bachelor party! Beautiful and spacious place with tremendously large 1st floor party/game room with a full original Irish Bar. Fully functioning bar setting (BYOB). Lots of bed space upstairs and bunks for those who could not stumble up the stairs from the bar! We went Whitewater Rafting nearby. Followed by a personal Pig Roast back at Valhalla in tandem with a Poker Tournament, pool table competition, bar shuffle board, college and NFL football watching on many large TV's while wandering outside in the evening to the firepit to BS with the boys. Lisa and Lance were amazingly accomodating in assisting with all the activity planning. A magical weekend for both my son's crew as well as his and my friends and family that participated. Could not have asked for more! Don't think about doing this; just book it. 9/23 – 9/25/22

Fat Rabbit was the perfect spot for our bachelor weekend! It had everything we needed - a pool table, an open living room lounge with cable for football, 9 beds, and plenty of outdoor campfire space, and nice hiking trails nearby. My group of friends grew up together, but now we live all over the country. The weekend we spent at Fat Rabbit will be a memory for a lifetime. Myself and a group of guys stayed at the waterfall chalet for a bachelor party and it was perfect. had great outdoor space and great indoor space. it also had plenty of beds. Lance & Lisa were wonderful in terms of helping plan stuff and helping us get discounts on the activities we did. I highly recommend talking to them before you book anything. also highly recommend the pig roast with mac and cheese, corn bread, and bbq chicken thighs. Before I get to the cabin I’ve got to say that Lance & Lisa were nothing short of spectacular and transparent. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions patiently and honestly.
My buddy and I reserved the cabin for my friend’s bachelor party. The cabin is located in such a beautiful and scenic place as well and the creek that’s literally steps from the cabin added to the vibes. There’s a big backyard that’s perfect for tossing the football and playing a variety of lawn games. The layout of the cabin is awesome as well. If you want to play pool and hang out in doors, you can go down to the basement and enjoy a round of pool. If you want to play poker, you can go upstairs and enjoy playing a couple hands on the beautiful dinner table they have right outside the kitchen. If you want to soak in the scenery and enjoy the outdoors, you can go out on the balcony and just immerse yourself in the surroundings. Lisa was also able to accommodate us with one of our requests on pretty short notice which shows she’s dedicated in ensuring everyone that rents from her has a good experience.
It was such an awesome weekend and I’m sure we will be back at one of their properties soon! 5/13 - 5/15/22

Review - Quit looking and book - If you’re on the hunt for a place to host a weekend getaway, quit looking and book with this team. Lance and Lisa are amazing to work with and available at all times for the few questions we had. We stayed at Fat Rabbit for a bachelor weekend and this was perfect for it. We grilled dinner every night and had some great breakfasts - we did use a food delivery service shiped, it did arrive late but worked very well. There are so many things to do in the area, golf paintball, bars, etc. Go and enjoy the views this place has to offer and the sound of the river below.

Man did we have a good time at Fat Rabbit. Rented the cabin for my best friend’s bachelor party and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed having a fire going and soaking in the hot tub. We set up a pick roast and a whiskey tasting through Lance and Lisa and all the guys loved it. We had a ton of space for everyone and played pool late night. Easy 5 stars on this one, Lance and Lisa even responded promptly when I asked to order a paper view event through them. The groom wanted it and he got it. I came off looking like a superstar. I was the hero best man!
Valhalla was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do the place justice. Our first night we hung around the firepit in the secluded woods in anticipation of the weekend. Saturday day we grilled an awesome lunch enjoying adult beverages and had a hilarious evening of bar games/gambling (shuffle board, billiards, fooseball and poker tournament to finish off the night). Sunday we took a local shuttle to the casino that is only 30 minutes away with sports betting for football and table games and then returned to Valhalla for the Sunday night game and some much needed R and R. Despite a lot of things to do in the close vicinity, we really didn't need to leave the cabin once we arrived. Waiting on some confirmations from my fantasy football league to book with Lance and Lisa again for our destination draft next year. Thank you so much. Every guy there kept coming to me to say how great the place was, it almost started to get annoying. Thanks again! 10/1 - 10/4/21

We stayed at Waterfall Chalet with a small group for a bachelorette weekend. We had a quiet and relaxing weekend, which is exactly what we needed! The house was beautiful and clean. It was perfect for a weekend of reading, eating and board games. It was relaxing to sit in the screened-in house next to the creek . The owners, Lance and Lisa, were great to work with ! Always responsive to any questions and had lots of ideas for food and activities - many with discounted rates when booking through the owners! We would definitely recommend!! 5/3 – 5/5/24

Had the best weekend celebrating my bachelorette party at the River Lodge! We had about 18 girls and all fit comfortably! The house was huge, the decor was awesome and the outside decks were great for all the fun festivities! Perfect fall foliage for white water rafting and hanging at the house! Lisa and Lance were great hosts and were very responsive if we needed anything! They set us up with a list of local recommendations for anything we needed and were interested in doing! Rented the Fat Rabbit cabin for a bachelorette weekend! super cute and cozy, exactly the vibe I was going for.. the best part was that the owners helped coordinate catering and activities for us for the weekend as well. I will note that linens are not included in the pricing and have to be ordered through a third party (~$140 for the beds and towels). the only downside was that the weekend was not long enough and we did not have enough time to fully utilize the place and the surrounding areas. overall great spot for a big family or group event! 9/23 – 9/25/22
PERFECT for a BACHELORETTE weekend with the girls! This was one of the best places I have stayed at! Not only was Chateau huge but it was very well kept, great for me and my girls who are all OCD! The set up was perfect for a large group! ( 19 girls ) After having a loungey girls night on Friday, we did the Pocono Wine tour Saturday. Which included 3 wineries and lunch with 2 shuttle buses.. Which those 2 drivers were amazing as well. I communicated mainly with Lisa, and she was on point with everything and so helpful! I am already planning trips to come back! Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Fat Rabbit for my bachelorette party and I was beyond impress! Lisa and Lance's communication through the whole process was A++! As there are tons of activities to do, we mainly stayed at the cabin to take advantage of the view by the river, the hot tub, grilling and the luxurious space! We had plenty of room and every lady had a bed! On our last day we did venture out to the casino and outlets which was less than 30 minutes from the cabin! I highly recommend this cabin and working with Lisa & Lance! This was the best bachelorette outing I could have ever asked for! My ladies are already planning yearly trips back here!

We booked River Lodge for a combined bachelor and bachelorette party. We could not have been happier with this house, property, and the owners. EVERYTHING was great! Lisa and Lance went above and beyond to help us set up activities. They were so helpful and very easy to work with. We spent the weekend shooting, riding quads, cook outs, games and drinks. We had 17 people staying everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The house and property itself was amazing. True freedom we could party and rip quads without a bother from anybody. We will definitely be booking another trip! Thank you Lisa and Lance for everything!

Fabulous Cabin w Incredible Hosts
I brought a group of 18 to the Fat Rabbit cabin for a bachelorette weekend and everyone had an amazing time. It was a very spacious cabin tucked away near the river. Lisa and Lance were so helpful when it came to organizing excursions, specifically, they helped with restaurant recommendations and organizing a trip to SKIRMISH, the paintball arena. Thank you for the great weekend, we would 100% recommend it and would come back in a flash.
