2-Night Minimum Stay (or rate) requirement
3-night Minimum Stay (or rate) requirement for holidays on most properties
Payments: 50% due to hold your reservations
50% due 1 month in advance of your arrival
(Christmas & New Year's reservations require the 50% balance payment 60 days in advance of arrival)
Payments can be processed on our website and we accept credit cards or PayPal
Cancellation Clause -
Full refund if you cancel more than 60 days before date of arrival, less incurred credit card fees (estimate 2.5-3%)
If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival we can reopen your dates and see if we can re-rent it to another group to replace you. If we're able to replace you (at full or partial rate) we would get a full or partial refund less a 10% resale fee.
If we can't rebook it, it's still your rental.
If there is another State Mandated Stay At Home order due to the virus, then we give you 12 months to reschedule your dates and your payment stays as a credit towards your future dates. A new Cancellation Clause will not apply to new rescheduled dates...
For those properties that do not provided linens, you may bring your own sheets and towels or book a linen delivery service:

The properties provide pillows and comforters and a fully stocked kitchen.
Cleaning and maintenance of each property is handled by the individual homeowner, Poconos Log Cabin Rentals is not responsible for cleaning or property management issues.
